The 'Master' audio launch is going on in full swing at the Leela Palace Hotel in Chennai and Lokesh Kanagaraj the captain of the ship took the stage and shared many unknown secrets about the much-expected film. The director let out that he got in touch with Thalapathy Vijay with the help of the executive producer and long time Vijay associate Jagadish. Vijay Sethupathi came to his mind at the scripting stage itself and the sensational star agreed to do the negative role with just a single line narration from him.

Lokesh assured the Thalapathy fans that their idol will be shown in an unseen avatar and the narration unique and new in 'Master' and revealed the secret that the first look poster of the film is the entry of Vijay in the film and the second look is the interval block and the third the mass climax. He added that the entire team thought the tile was 'Vaathi' and when 'Master' was announced it not only came as a surprise to the fans but also the insiders.

Lokesh called all his sixteen assistant directors on stage and introduced them to the crowd with each of them saying out their name which was applauded by all those present at the 'Master' audio launch. The trailer release on March 22nd confirmation also came from Lokesh in his speech.
