Recently the Supreme Court gave a verdict that women will be allowed into the Sabarimala temple. Though this was considered a welcome move by the majority, many groups have been condemning the group decision as well.

In a shocking news, Kerala’s Shiv Sena unit has warned of mass suicide if women enter Sabarimala temple. The group has stated that its women members will congregate near the Pamba river on October 17 and 18 and if any women try to enter the temple, the activists will commit suicide.

The warning has come after the Chief Minister of the state Pinarayi Vijayan that his government would follow up on the Supreme Court’s order.
