Mary Kom has created history by winning gold for the sixth time in the 2018 World Women's Boxing Championship today. The thirty-six-year-old mother of three beat Ukraine's Hanna Okhota to clinch her second gold in front of home crowd in New Delhi. After her win the champion stated "Mary Kom said: "I would like to dedicate this win to my country."
Mary Kom who first tasted success with a silver medal in 2001 went on to take gold consecutively from 2003 to 2010. She took a break from boxing to concentrate on her family life and now what a comeback this has been for Magnificent Mary doing India proud once again.
