Off late, we've been hearing various rumors surrounding Marvel Studio's Spider-Man movie. It had been speculated that the film's title would be called 'Spectacular Spider-Man'. However, it now sounds like Marvel is going in a different direction. Apparently, it's being rumored that their title could be 'Spider-Man: The New Avenger'. It must be noted that this is strictly a rumor for now.

Marvel's Spider-Man film has been rumored to be following a New Avengers story-line. This gives us some belief that the title could well fit in within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

NOTE: This will be the third time Spidey will be appearing on-screen in less than 15 years. It is also being rumored that having 'Avenger' in the title will lessen confusion among fans of Peter Parker's existence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Marvel's 'Spider-Man' will hit screens on July 28, 2017.
