Marvel's 'Avengers' is a top-rated superhero film series in cinema history. There are four parts in the franchise, of which the last two 'Infinity Saga' are Marvel Cinematic Universe's biggest crossover movies yet. The studio is currently busy with the movie and web series projects in phase four.
Now, the latest is that Marvel is reportedly planning Captain America 4, Avengers parts 5 and 6 in phase five. According to a recent Reddit leak, the studio has trademarked five titles - Avengers: Secret Wars, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Captain America: New World Order, Multiverse Saga, and Thunderbolts. This rumour was rooted after five Marvel-themed trademarks popped up on the European Union Intellectual Property Office’s (EUIPO) website on Friday.
The studio revealed their plans for Marvel Animated Universe including the series Spider-Man Freshman Year and Sophomore Year on Friday at the San Diego Comic-Con 2022. If the leaks are true, we’ll hear more about them during Marvel Studios' big event at SDCC tomorrow. These leaks are currently spreading like a wildfire on the internet as the fans are super excited.
It is worth mentioning that the 'Secret Wars' storyline is a much bigger and more ambitious crossover project than the 'Infinity Saga'. Also, it seems that phases 4 and 5 are all about the Multiverse as the title 'Multiverse Saga' suggests. Captain America: New World Order might possibly be the fourth installment of the Captain America films, which will feature the new and first Black Captain America - Falcon aka Sam Wilson.
Marvel Studios has reportedly trademarked the following titles:
