While the film industry is yet to come in terms with the demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who committed suicide on June 14 at his Mumbai residence, yet another actor hanged himself to death.

On Wednesday, Popular Marathi actor Ashutosh Bhakre, husband of actress Mayuri Deshmukh, committed suicide at his residence in Maharashtra. Reportedly, the actor locked himself in his room telling his wife that he needed some sleep.

Hours later, by the evening of Wednesday, his wife knocked on the door and heard no response from him. As she couldn't barge inside the room, she peeped inside the room through the window and was shocked to see him hanged. Though he was rushed to the hospital, the actor was declared dead.

Though the reason for his extreme step remains unknown, it is reported that the 32-year-old actor was suffering from depression for some time and had recently shared a video on social media in which he analysed why does a person die by suicide.

Ashutosh Bhakre and Mayuri Deshmukh got married four years ago on January 21, 2016. While Mayuri is known for her TV serials, Ashutosh shot to fame with the film titled - Ecchar Tharla Pakka.
