Mohanlal's ambitious movie 'Marakkar Arabikadalinte Simham' is touted to be the biggest motion picture ever made in Malayalam cinema. As per recent reports, the movie's release has been postponed.
The epic entertainer which was slated to release on March 26 this year, is rumored to have been postponed following a fallout between director Priyadarshan and producer Antony Perumbavoor. The news came out after a popular film trade analyst revealed on social media. However, an official clarification from the 'Marakkar team is awaited.
Made on a massive budget of around Rs 100 crore, 'Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’ is directed by Priyadarshan. The film has Mohanlal playing the lead role of Kunjali Marakkar IV along with Suniel Shetty, Arjun Sarja, Keerthy Suresh in important roles.
Pranav Mohanlal, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Manju Warrier, Innocent, Mamukoya, Ganesh Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Ashok Selvan, Prabhu, Mukesh, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Fazil, Siddique, Baburaj, Nedumudi Venu, Hareesh Peradi, Nandu, and many others are also part of the cast. Aashirvad Cinemas, Confident Group, and Moonshot Entertainment are jointly producing the ambitious project that will also be dubbed in other languages.
