"Who is Neela? What happened to Neela? Is Neela Safe?" These are suspenseful questions for now. We are talking about Chandini Chowdary's character in 'Manu'. The makers have announced a contest ahead of the Trailer's release. "We already announced a contest to write an analysis of Manu's trailer and the best analysis will get a chance to meet the actors of movie. Use hashtag #MyManuTrailerReview to write your review," a statement says.

Touted to be the first crowd-funded movie in Telugu cinema history, the film is a suspense thriller. Directed by Phanindra Narasetty, it's being presented by Nirvana Cinemas.

Much is expected from the film, both from its artistic content and technical output. The director has made "thought-provoking short films" 'Madhuram' and 'Backspace' in the past.

Brahmanandam's son, Raja Goutam, is the lead actor. John Kottoly has playing a supporting role. Music is by Naresh Kumaran.
