Manu Kumaran hailed

The four languages simultaneous production that too in the most expensive cities of France by Manu Kumaran, chairman and CEO of Medient Studios received appreciation for his approach, ability, agility and awesome style on Monday night from lead speakers director and actor Ramesh Aravind, actress Parul Yadav the most happening heroine in Kannada and delectable cameraman Sathya Hegde who handled Kannada and Tamil films cinematography.

Mr Manu Kumaran second generation producer in the international arena made nearly 20 feature films. He is the eldest son of Malayalam film producer and director KP Kumaran. Manu Kumaran is in the field of film production and distribution from an early age.

Working in LINTAS as youngest Vice President of the Indian advertising field, he made ‘Bombay Boys’ that brought him to the mainstream of cinema. He formed ‘Medient’ in 2002 and made ‘Kiss Kis Ko’ a film based on band’s life. It was in 2008 ‘Akashagopuram’ first Indian film to produce entirely outside India got him accolades. It was a bench mark in fact in East-West collaboration.

A multi faceted personality Manu Kumaran is also expert in tax credit and incentives received applaud for his first four south Indian languages film production that would cost more than 50 crores of rupees.

The man with extremely strong guts to make this mega movie disclosed that Ramesh Aravind is outstanding and Parul Yadav is extraordinary in his short and sweet address at the first media briefing of Kannada version ‘Butterfly’. Medient production Tamil version with Kajal Agarwal is titled as ‘Paris Paris’, in Telugu starring Thamanna Bhatia it is ‘Queen’ and the mother tongue language of Mr Manu Kumaran is titled as ‘Zam Zam’ featuring Manji Mohan as lead actress.

Manu Kumaran hails from the family of cinema. His father is a great director in Malayalam films. In the recent festival of films a retrospective of his father Kumaran films were in one of the sections shows his capabilities. Manu Kumaran is a man with good heart and extremely talented mentioned Ramesh Aravind.

Sathya Hegde cameraman was in full praise of Mr Manu Kumaran for handling the production unit. With over 150 on board giving top class treatment is something glorious in a place like France pointed Hegde.
