Charmi played the lead in a female oriented film titled 'Mantra 2'. S.V.Satish is being introduced as the director with this film and it is being produced by P.Shairi Reddy and V.Yadagiri Reddy under Green Movies banner.

The first copy of this film is ready and the producers are planning to complete the censor work this week and release the film in the first week of June. Producers said that the film is not a sequel for 'Mantra' and the unexpected horror and suspense elements will thrill the audiences. They thanked Charmi for believing in the new script and co-operating with them. S.V. Satish said that the elements in the film are never seen before on Indian screen.

Chethan, Tanikella Bharan, Rahul Dev, Uttej, Chatrapathi Shekhar, Delhi Rajeswari, Nalla Venu etc played other key roles in the film. Sunil Kashyap composed the music.
