Actor Mansoor Ali Khan has been known for playing villain roles in the 90s, and in recent years, he is acting in comedy roles in movies like Naanum Rowdythaan, Gulaebhagavali etc. The actor was seen recently in movies like Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and Jackpot.

Mansoor Ali Khan is into politics as well, and this year he had contested elections for Naam thamizhar party. Currently he is directing and acting in a movie titled Kadaman paarai, and during the recent promotional event of this movie, Mansoor Ali Khan made a challenge to Superstar Rajnikanth.

Mansoor Ali Khan said that he will always be a fan of Rajnikanth and has also acted in his movies. However he said that he is not ready to accept the statement of Rajnikanth that the Thoothukudi sterlite shooting was done because of terrorist involvement, and challenged Rajnikanth to prove it and added that he will tonsure his head if Rajnikanth proves it.
