Lagadapati Sridhar, the producer of films like Yevadigola Vadidhi, Style, Sneha Geetham, etc, is producing a film titled 'Potugadu' with Manchu Manoj as the hero. Pavan Wadeyar is the director. Sirisha is the other producer.

Sakshi Chowdary, Simran Kaur Mundi, Rachel Weisz and Anu Goenka are the lead ladies. Manoj has sung the song 'Pyar me padipoya' in this movie. This love song has been written in Telugu, Urdu and Hindi.

This song and Govindhudu teaser released recently have been recording numerous hits in Youtube. The producers say, " This song has been made inspired from a popular song in Kannada. Guru Kiran has composed the song there, and it has got a good response in Youtube. Rockstar Manoj has sung the song in Telugu, and it has been also getting very good response. We will release the audio next month. Two songs have to be shot yet for this movie".
