Manoj Bajpayee is jealous actors like Pankaj Tripathi and Jaideep Ahlawat

Manoj Bajpayee is often credited for revolutionizing the way of acting in Bollywood. He brought his style of realistic acting in mainstream cinema which made way for actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Jaideep Ahlawat, Rajkumar Rao and others. While these actors have often praised Manoj and even admitted being inspired by him, Manoj envies those who walk his path. Recently he clarified his statement and shared what he actually meant by it.
Manoj said, I didn't mean I envied them for their talent. Of course, they are all talented and it is my good fortune that they all respect me so much. I think they are fantastic actors. But I am not jealous of any actor in the world. Because I am happy with what I have, and I want to maximize my potential before I get older.
Manoj was actually jealous that he has less time compared to other actors to explore a variety of new characters. Vijay Varma, Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Jaideep Ahlawat are all in their 30s or 40s while Manoj Bajpayee is in his early 50s. He believes that others have valuable resource of time in their sides.
