Manoj Bajpayee is one of the most skilled and proficient actors working today. He has walked a long road from being a theater artist in Delhi to a prominent film actor in Bollywood. From amazing initial performance in 'Shool' and 'Satya' to now headlining major thriller web shows, Manoj has had a terrific career.

Recently, in a conversation with Filmfare, Manoj revealed the misconception he had about the film industry which got cleared up as soon as he stepped in. He said, "I thought it was one big, happy family. But it's broken into groups. Sometimes, your relatives get envious of your success. That's what you see in your own families as well so it didn't shock me much. Might is right and that's true here as well. But one mustn't think of such things and concentrate on doing good work. Hard work, talent and luck can take you places."

Mr Bajpayee is currently awaiting the release of the season 2 of his much anticipated espionage thriller 'The Family Man'.
