Now, the Pan-India production house, Mythri Movie Makers, is set to captivate the Telugu audience with this gripping tale. The storyline follows a group of carefree young friends who embark on a dream trip to Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu. Amidst exploring the charming landscapes, they venture into the iconic Guna Caves, also known as Devil’s Kitchen, where Kamal Haasan’s "Gunaa" was filmed. However, their adventure takes a perilous turn when one of their own falls into the depths of the cave, sparking a desperate rescue mission.
As the trailer hints, the film is a testament to hope and resilience, grounded in a true story. While the initial moments showcase the camaraderie among the friends, the latter half is a rollercoaster of emotions and thrills. Director Chidambaram expertly crafts a suspenseful survival thriller that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
The authenticity of the narrative is amplified by the stellar casting, while the production design and values elevate the viewing experience. Shyju Khalid's cinematography stunningly captures the picturesque landscapes of Kodaikanal, complemented by Sushin Shyam's evocative background score. The trailer sets high expectations and paves the way for an enthralling cinematic journey.
With Mythri Movie Makers at the helm of the Telugu version, audiences can rest assured of a quality adaptation. The seamless dubbing adds to the immersive experience, making viewers feel like they are watching the original. Notably, Vivek Harshan's editing and Ajayan Chalissery's production design contribute to the film's overall brilliance, ensuring a captivating visual and narrative spectacle.
