Actress Manju Warrier is going through one of her career’s most prolific, exciting phases. From the movies ‘2403 ft.’ to ‘Kaapa’, the actress has got a handful of exciting projects for the new year. As reported earlier, the gorgeous diva has signed an Indo-Arab film titled Ayisha, helmed by debutant Aamir Pallikal. A day ago, the actress took to her official Instagram handle to announce that the film has started rolling in Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the United Arab Emirates. Sharing a picture with the 'Ayisha' team, actress Manju Warrier wrote, “Ayisha starts rolling. Directed by Aamir Pallikal.”
Bankrolled by Zakariya, the makers of Halal Love Story, the upcoming movie is touted to be a family drama that will feature Manju Warrier in the title role. The story of the film ‘Ayisha’ is written by Ashif Kakkodi who had earlier scripted the film ‘Halal Love Story’. Editing is by Appu N. Bhattathiri and the cinematography is by Vishnu Sharma. The music is by M Jayachandran. If the reports are to be believed, the movie will be primarily shot in the middle east and will be released in Malayalam, English, Arabic, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
