As reported earlier, actor Tovino Thomas is replacing Prithviraj in the upcoming Manju Warrier starrer 'Aami' directed by Kamal. Now the latest update is that the actor has completed shooting his portions and has also finished dubbing. 'Aami' which is a biopic on legendary writer Madhavikutty is one of the much awaited movies of recent times. The movie was earlier scheduled to hit theatres in December but it seems the release have been pushed to next year.

Riding on a string of successful films, Tovino Thomas' upcoming Malayalam release is Mayanadhi which is helmed by Ashiq Abu. He also has some exciting projects in his kitty such as Maradona, Dhanush’s Maari 2 and a couple of films with promising debutant directors.
