Manju Warrier, one of the leading actresses in Malayalam cinema, forayed into Kollywood in style with Dhanush starrer 'Asuran' and Ajith Kumar starter 'Thunivu'. Meanwhile, we exclusively updated you yesterday that she is on board for Arya and Gautham Karthik's big action thriller 'Mr X', which will be her third Tamil film.

Now, the movie's producers have made it official that Manju Warrier will be seen in a crucial role in 'Mr X'. Produced by Prince Pictures, the upcoming movie is directed by Manu Anand of 'FIR' fame. Also, Indiaglitz has learnt from sources that the versatile actress will be playing an antagonist in this much-awaited action biggie. This is going viral now.

Anagha is roped into the movie to pair opposite Arya while Gautham Karthik has no pair. As we reported earlier, Mr X will be officially launched with a muhurat puja today and the shooting will be commenced. The pictures and videos from the puja ceremony are likely to surface over the internet later today. More details are awaited.

'Mr X' will be released worldwide in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi in 2024. The film has music by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, cinematography by Tanveer Mir, production design by Rajeevan and editing by Prasanna GK.
