Actress Manjima Mohan had debuted with Gautham Vasudev Menon directorial venture Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyadaa and later went on to star in movies like Ippadai Vellum, Sathriyan and is currently a part of movies like Devarattam and an untitled movie costarring Jiiva and Arulnithi.

Now, the actress has been reportedly signed to play an interesting cameo role in the upcoming movie Vattam, directed by Kamalakannan who had debuted in 2012 with the critically acclaimed flick Madhubanakadai, and this movie will be produced by SR Prabhu in his Dream Warrior pictures Banner.

Vattam stars Sibiraj in the lead role, and Athulya Ravi known for Kadhal Kan Kattudhe and Aemaali will play the female lead. Reportedly, Manjima's cameo role will have an interesting impact in the screenplay and is said to be vital in the progress of the screenplay.
