Art house movie director Shyamaprasad has definitely brought out a casting coup of sorts for his new movie titled as ‘Electra’. The director who is fresh from his recent hit ‘Rithu’ presenting a bunch of fresh faces to Mollywood, has roped in Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala to do an important character for his new movie. Shyamaprasad has already announced that his 'Electra' will have South Indian super queen Nayantara donning the lead role.

The movie will also feature the most demanded actor of Southern circuit Prakash Raj in a major role. 'Rithu' fame Nishan will be the hero of this movie which is rumored to be based on the famous Greek play with the same title. Vindhyan will produce 'Electra' while last year's National award winner, Ouseppachan will be in charge of the musical department.
