The Trailer for 'Manikarnika' is out in Telugu. Starring Kangana Ranaut as Jhansi Laxmibai, it's a frame-by-frame Telugu version of the Hindi trailer released in December.

Krish Jagarlamudi and Kangana have directed the film separately. The latter has claimed that he has done 2/3rd of the movie after Krish's exit in favour of 'NTR' biopic. The story and screenplay are by Vijayendra Prasad (Rajamouli's dad).

Heavy-duty dialogues, sword battles and Kangana's unseen acting define the trailer.

Atul Kulkarni will be seen as Tantya Tope, while Laxmibai's spouse Gangadhar Rao is played by Jisshu Sengupta.

While the Hindi version will be narrated by Amitabh Bachchan (voiceover), it has to be seen who will step into his shoes for the Telugu version.

The film will hit the screens in Telugu and Hindi on January 25. In Telugu, it clashes with Akhil's 'Mr. Majnu'.
