At a time when a guessing game is on as to what would be Mani Ratnam's next film as 'Raavanan' is ready for release, a close aide of the director has revealed that the ace filmmaker is ready with nine scripts.

"No body could predict in what genre Mani sir's next project would be. For he is ready with nine stunning scripts. Each one belongs to different backdrop. In a sense, he is the God of cinema," says Sudha K Prasad, a former assistant to Mani.

Sudha, who is taking the avatar of a director with 'Dhrohi', a film starring Srikanth and Vishnu of 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu' in lead roles, says, "Mani is not just my Godfather. He is almost like a father to me."

On the film, she says, "There is a cheat inside everyone. My film throws light on the hidden side of human beings. Whenever I get a doubt while shooting the movie, I would immediately call or message Mani sir. He is always there to support me."
