Those who have returned from foreign countries are obligated to quarantine themselves completely for 14 days even if they have tested negative for COVID-19 or are asymptomatic. Many have failed to follow this rule and have put thousands of Indians at risk.
In this scenario, Mani Ratnam's son Nandan, who returned from London recently, is self-quarantining in the best possible way, thereby becoming an example for others. His mother and former actress Suhasini today released a video explaining how important it is to sacrifice about fourteen to fifteen days in this manner to avoid the COVID-19.
Nandan has chosen to not have any contacts with his family members even though he has no infection to not take any chances and food is placed ten feet from him beyond a glass partition.
This is what responsible people do.. kudos to @hasinimani and #NandanManiratnam So much to learn from them.. my hugs for you are reserved for a better and a safer day Nandan..???????????????????? pic.twitter.com/9hnP4QYLae
