The 'Ponniyin Selvan part 1' hype skyrocketed following the astounding teaser and first single. As we reported earlier, the film's second single was released today. Rockstar Anirudh officially launched the Tamil version of 'Chola Chola' a while ago through his social media page. 'PS1' is gearing up for a grand release on September 30.

Music composers Pritam and Thaman released the song in other languages. Meanwhile, 'Ponniyin Selvan' stars Chiyaan Vikram and Karthi are currently in Hyderabad for the second single launch event. The ceremony is now going on at the JRC Ballroom. The two play Aadhitha Karikalan and Vallavarayan Vanthiyathevan, respectively.

'Chola Chola' depicts the life and qualities of the Chola crown prince Aditya Karikalan while celebrating his victory over the enemies at the battle. The song is uplifting and powerful. AR Rahman composed the music with lyrics by Ilango Krishnan. Sathya Prakash, VM Mahalingam and Nakul Abhyankar have crooned this energetic number in their voices.

On the other hand, we already broke to you that the 'Ponniyin Selvan 1' Tamil audio launch will take place at Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai on September 6 with Superstar Rajinikanth, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and Chief Minister MK Stalin as the chief guests. The Telugu audio launch is said to be on September 8. The team has planned a country-wide tour for promotions.
