Nayanthara joins Mani Ratnam's mega multistarrer?

As the days keep passing by more and more exciting details are emerging about Mani Ratna's new multistarrer 'Ponniyin Selvan'. We already have carried reports that Jayam Ravi is playing Arulmozhi Varman,Keerthy Suresh as Kunthavai Naachiyaar, Chiyaan Vikram as Aditya Karikaalan. Karthi as Vanthiya Devan, Aishwarya Rai Bachan as Nandhini and Amitabh Bachan as Sundara Chozhar.
A new exciting unofficial update is that Nayanthara is also likely to be a part of 'Ponniyin Selvan' and she is been approached to play a very important character Poonguzhali which is responsible for many major twists in the story. Of course, we have to wait for the official confirmation on every aspect of this project which is expected pretty soon.
