Official confirmation about the cast and crew of Mani Ratnam's next

Director Mani Ratnam has finally ended the guessing game about his next project. The official press statement from Madras Talkies about their next "Mega Budget multi-starrer rendezvous as Production No.17" has been released and it confirms the cast and crew of the project.
As speculated by the media earlier this week, Silambarasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Aravind Swamy,Fahad Faasil, Jyothika and Aishwarya Rajesh will be part of the ensemble star cast of the next film to be directed and produced by Mani Ratnam.
Music will be provided by Mani Ratnam's usual ally A.R.Rahman. As reported by IndiaGlitz on Monday this week, multiple National Award winning cinematographer Santhosh Sivan will team up with the ace director for the sixth time in this film. Sreekar Prasad will be the Editor of this mega budget project.
The statement also confirmed that the shooting of this film will commence from January 2018.
