Mani Ratnam-Karthi combo earns big even before a single shot

Even as Mani Ratnam is busy hunting locations for his tentatively titled Kurithipookkal' starring Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari the project has been reportedly sold out to Sri Thenandal Films for the TN theatricals and to Bandla Ganesh for the Andhra Pradesh and Telengana region. Negotiations are already on for the overseas rights where the ace director's films are always big winners.
The romantic thriller produced by Madras Talkies has music by A.R.Rahman and cinematography by Ravi Varman. The rest of the cast and crew details will be out soon.
