As we all know director Mani Ratnam's next film after the super hit 'O Kadhal Kanmani' will have Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles. While the official announcement from the director-producer is yet to arrive it seems that the song composing sessions for the film have already started.

Mani Ratnam's regular music partners Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman and Kaviperarasu Vairamuthu are working with him in the upcoming film also. The trio recently sat for the composing session and Rahman has released a video taken before the sessions started or during a break. It is a Periscope video in which he and Vairamuthu interact with fans all over the world while Mani Ratnam comes to the screen on and off . All the three veterans look relaxed in that video.

Vairamuthu confirmed that they are working for Mani Ratnam's next film, which will be a musical love story. He says they (Rahman and himself) are not supposed to reveal any other information about the film as that has to come from Mani Ratnam and his production banner Madras Talkies.

Apart from this there are many interesting moments in the video that runs close to eight minutes. When one of the online fans requested Mani Ratnam to sing a song, Vairamuthu playfully said "Avar paada mattaar, Engalai paadaai paduthuvar" (He will not sing. He will just torture us).
