Legendary director Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan 1' emerged as the highest-grosser in Tamil cinema. Adapted from renowned author Kalki's epic novel of the same name, Ponniyin Selvan revolves around the great Chola dynasty set before the 10th century.
The makers recently announced that the sequel, 'Ponniyin Selvan 2', will hit the screens worldwide on April 28, 2023. According to the latest buzz, the official teaser of PS-2 is most likely to be released on March 1st. The whole star cast has given their entire April month dates to the promotional activities of the most-awaited movie which has music by AR Rahman.
