As expected Aamir Khan's comeback vehicle 'Mangal Pandey - The Rising' has opened to great reviews all over the country, after garnering immense appreciation in its overseas premiers last week.

All the major websites, publications and reputed journalists have given the movie a thumbs-up with reviews ranging from good to excellent. The movie is being put in the same league as some of the all time great blockbusters and the verdict is out that Aamir Khan has done it AGAIN!

His flawless performance coupled by Ketan Mehta's well executed drama has been widely appreciated and though there are handful of senior journalists and newspapers who have called the movie as an average fare, there is not a single soul who has stood up and called the movie 'trash' [unlike 'Kisna' early this year that was trashed by everyone who mattered].

With great reviews accompanied by equally positive opening, one waits with bated breath to see if the epic sustains itself over the weeks to qualify itself as a profit making venture too!
