Before his role at Mohan Babu University, Vinay Maheshwari held significant positions, including serving as the Executive Director and CEO of Sakshi Media Group. Additionally, Maheshwari was involved with the Hindi newspaper Dainik Bhaskar and managed affairs related to the New York Academy and Sri Vidyaniketan International School.

There is growing speculation that Vishnu, Manoj's elder brother, has brought in his connections, particularly from his wife Veronica Reddy's side, to influence the family's educational institutions. YS Jaganmohan Reddy's connection to the Sakshi Media Group, through his familial link to Veronica, has fueled rumors that Vishnu may be leveraging these ties to his advantage.

Sources close to the family suggest that there has been no communication between Vishnu and Manoj for some time. The sources say that Vishnu might be using Vinay Maheshwari as an intermediary to communicate with Manoj.

Furthermore, allegations of physical confrontations between Manoj and Vinay Maheshwari have surfaced, with reports suggesting that Manoj assaulted Vinay during a property dispute, resulting in Manoj being injured.

In a recent twist, Mohan Babu filed a police complaint against his son Manoj and his daughter-in-law Mounika, citing threats to his life. Manoj, in response, took to social media, continuing his public fight and naming Vinay Maheshwari in the ongoing saga.
