Manchu lady's thriller 'Wife Of Ram' selected for OIFFA

'Wife Of Ram', starring Lakshmi Manchu in the lead, has been selected for official screening at the prestigious Ottawa Indian Film Festival. The same will be held from June 13-17.
A thriller, the movie will hit the screens later this month. The Manchu lady will be seen in an intriguing role. She has played Deeksha in the movie. Her character unravels a mystery on her hunt for justice! The movie is directed by Vijay Yelakanti.
"Deeksha's husband gets murdered. She is an NGO activist. In her endeavour to find out who murdered her husband, Deeksha discovers startling secrets. It is this aspect that has helped the film make it to OIFFA. The film's director will travel to Ottawa on June 10. Vijay is looking forward to interacting with various directors from different parts of the world during the festival," a note from the makers says.
People Media Factory and Manchu Entertainments are producing the movie jointly Samrat Reddy, Adarsh Balakrishnan, Priyadarshi, Srikanth Iyer and others will be seen. Music is by Raghu Dixit. Dialogues are by Sandeep Gunta. Editing is by Tammiraju. Director of Photography is Samala Bhargav. Vijay Yelakanti has written and directed the thriller.
