Finally Shaam starrer Manadodu Mazhaikalam will release on 22 September. The movie directed by Arputhan, was completed a few months ago and has been lying in the cans for sometime.

Starring Malluwood girl Nithyadas and Arindhum Ariyamalum fame Samiksha in the female leads, the movie is a campus-love story. The movie has musical score by Karthik Raja and the songs are already topping the charts.

A good show by Manadodu Mazhaikalam will help Shaam sustain himself in the industry.

Says Arputhan, 'The movie would bring before the audience the happenings in their college days. I am confident that the movie would be lapped up by the youths.'

Karthik Raja, on his part, said, ' The movie has a good storyline which encouraged me to come up with good tunes. Arputhan has given his best for the movie'.

The movie would open in six screens in Chennai this weekend.
