Man masturbates in front of college girl, arrested

SRM University campus in Chennai suburb has seen a shocking occurrence. Arjun (26), a staff worker, recently masturbated in front of a hostel girl.

She was traumatized by the sexual abuse and complained to the hostel warden. After initial reluctance to take up her cause, the college management finally lodged a complaint against the offender.

The Maraimalai Nagar police have on Friday slapped an FIR against Arjun under IPC Section 294(b) and Section 354. He is now in police custody.

The filing of the complaint happened after much drama. The students of the college had to take out a protest inside the campus to demand that Arjun should pay the price for his offence.
