Mamtha Mohandas, the actress-singer of 'Yamadonga' fame, is in the news for opining in an interview that average-looking girls have it better these days. And pretty women get attacked more, she says. In an interview to a national daily, the 32-year-old celebrity suggests that it's the fault of the woman who gets sexually assaulted.
"I don’t know if I should be saying this, but if a woman gets into trouble, I feel somewhere she is responsible for it," she has been quoted as saying by the newspaper.
"I feel I would have entertained some part of it," she further declares, where the word 'it' stands for the negative behaviour of the assaulter.
