Mamta Mohandas and Soubin to play a couple

Director Lal Jose's upcoming movie will have actors Soubin Shahir and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles. Reportedly, the new movie will have Soubin and Mamta as a married couple - Dasthgeer and Sulekha. Veteran actor Salim Kumar and a Russian actress will also be seen in major roles.

Scripted by Justin Varghese, who had Iqbal Kuttipuram who had earlier worked with the filmmaker in Arabikkatha and Diamond Necklace, the movie will be set extensively in Dubai. Justin Varghese, who had composed music for films like ‘Njandukalude Naatil Oridavela’ and ‘Thanneer Mathan Dhinangal’, has been signed as the music director.

Pre-production works of the movie are already underway and the makers are planning to start shooting this month.
