If there is one film that the whole of Malayali audience is eagerly waiting for, it has to be ‘Bilal’, the sequel to Mammootty’s cult gangster film ‘Big B’ helmed by Amal Neerad. As you know the movie is gearing up to go on floors. The latest that we hear is the movie is set to begin by the second week of March. To be shot in and around Kochi, the first schedule will last for almost a month. It is reported that the movie's crucial scenes will be shot in Kolkata.

Mamta Mohandas, who played an important role in ‘Big B’ had recently confirmed that she is part of the sequel as well. She also informed the shoot will be beginning by the second week of March.

Actor Bala who played a pivotal role in the prequel has already started working out for 'Bilal'. It is learned that he will be sporting a ripped physique for the flick. The actor was paired opposite Mamta in the movie. Manoj K Jayan, who played a crucial role in the first part, have been retained in the sequel as well.
