Shaji N Karun's next feature film will have Mammootty donning the central character. The film titled Kutty Shranku will have him in the tile character, who becomes the fancy of three females.

The film which is presented through the viewpoints of the female leads will be scripted by Farooq Dhondy, who shot to fame with the scripts of The Bandit Queen.

World famous cinematographer Renato Berta will wield the camera for the film which has music by Ilayaraja.

The film is planned to start its first schedule by the 15th of December.
