Mammootty to turn politician

According to the latest buzz, Megastar Mammootty is all set to essay the role of a politician in Santhosh Vishwananth's new movie. Scripted by Bobby and Sanjay, the upcoming venture will feature Mammootty as Chief Minister. The movie is expected to start rolling early next year. An official confirmation is awaited though!
It may be remembered that the Megastar had earlier played a politician role in Balachandra Menon's Nayam Vyakthamakunnu that released in 1991. Even before the movie is officially announced, Mammootty fans are going gaga over the speculations.
Meanwhile, the Megastar is currently basking in the success of his latest release Masterpiece, which has opened to positive response from audiences.
