Wow! Mammootty to team up with Tovino Thomas

Director Basil Joseph had earlier announced a movie with Mammootty and Tovino Thomas in the lead characters. Much to the disappointment of the stars' fans, the project did not materialize due to unknown reasons. Now, it looks like a newbie director has managed to rope in both the stars for a movie.
The megastar and the young heartthrob are teaming up for the first time ever for an upcoming movie that will mark the directorial debut of Ratheena Sharshad, who was previously the executive producer of ‘Uyare’.
According to reports, the movie is scripted by the trio of Harshad, Suhas and Sharfu. While Harshad had previously scripted the Mammootty starrer ‘Unda’, the other two scribes, Suhas and Sharafu have worked with Tovino in ‘Virus’. The upcoming movie's cinematography is by Girish Gangadharan and music by Jakes Bejoy. Editing is by Deepu Joseph.
