It was recently we had reported that Mammootty is flying to Europe to join the sets of his upcoming Telugu movie 'Agent', that has Akhil Akkineni in the lead role. The actor who has landed in Hungary took a stroll on the streets of Budapest a day ago. He took to his Instagram stories to share a few videos from the streets , in which the actor can be seen in a dapper avatar wearing a black jacket and coolers. The videos have taken social media by storm.

Agent is touted as Akhil Akkineni's espionage-thriller, which is being directed by Surender Reddy. The movie will see Akhil as a spy agent, inspired by the American action thriller franchise, The Bourne Series, while Mammootty will appear as a military officer.. The confrontation scenes and dialogues between the duo are going to be a treat to watch, say reports. Apart from the foreign locations, the film will also be shot in Kashmir, Hyderabad and Delhi. Surender Reddy of ‘Race Gurram’ fame is directing the film and it is scripted by Vakkantham Vamsi.

In Telugu, Mammootty's last movie was ‘Yatra’, a biographical film in which he played the role of late Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rajasekhara Reddy. In Malayalam, he has two biggies in the pipeline such as ‘Puzhu’ and ‘Bheeshma Parvam’.
