Mammootty takes a playful dig at Midhun Manuel

Megastar Mammootty cracked some jokes at the expense of scenarist-director Midhum Manuel Thomas at an event. The actor quipped that Midhun had entered the field with the hopes of directing a Mammootty movie and has ended up casting Jayasurya in his debut movie 'Aadu'.
He further took a dif at Midhun's name saying that he has heard of two directors combining like Siddique -Lal asking where Manuel and Thomas were. Mammootty's sense of humor also made him ask where the title character Pinky was for the function.
