As you know, Mohanlal has signed two ambitious projects - 'The Mahabharata' and 'Odiyan', both helmed by popular ad filmmaker V A Shrikumar Menon. And now, Mammootty too is all set to team up with a popular ad filmmaker.

According to reports, Mammootty has signed a project with ad filmmaker Sharrath Sandith. The upcoming untitled project will have Miya as part of the cast. The team is yet to disclose the details of the rest of the cast and plot of the movie.

The movie would go on floors on the first week of June in Bangalore. Produced by NRI Anthony D'Cruz, more details on the movie will be unveiled soon.

Meanwhile, Mammootty is busy shooting for Ajai Vasudevan's directorial Masterpiece. The actor will join the new project on June 5th.
