Last week Mammootty was seen in a photo session wearing Jerseys of leading teams like Brazil, Argentina and England.
A little enquiry unleashed that the session was planned for the promotion of his forthcoming film 'Prajapathi'.
As the football fever is gripping the state with the World cup, the producers of the film are planning to tide over the hysteria by erecting boards of Mammootty as a footballer.
Mammootty will appear in cutouts in these Jerseys all over the state, especially in the northern parts of the state, where football is a favorite brand of persons. As the film is planned as a June 15 release, the timing of football matches on 6.30 and 9.30 PM IST may hamper the prospectus of the film and that is the reason for this additional promo fares. Prajapathi -- the film with a large star cast is expected to be a big grosser like the team's earlier hit 'Black'.
