Mammootty in Roopesh Pithambaran's next

Mammootty has been approached to play the lead role in director Roopesh Pitambaran's next. The director had made his directorial debut with 'Theevram' which had starred Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role. The revenge saga had a lukewarm outing.

Roopesh's next was 'You Too Brutus' which was released recently. The muti-starrer relationship drama had received positive reviews. The Mammootty starrer will be Roopesh's third venture and is in its planning stage. Mammootty's latest movie to be released is 'Bhaskar the Rascal' which is doing brisk business.
