Mammootty goes cycling in the crowded Kochi

Mammootty's dedication to his craft is legendary. The actor left no stone unturned for his upcoming movie 'Acche Dhin' in which he plays a North Indian who has settled in Kerala. His character is so much in love with his adopted land that he is tries to adopts the Kerala mannerisms and way of life.

For the role, Mammootty was required to can a shot riding his bicycle in the busy streets of Kochi. As director Marthandan says, usually, the shoot of such scenes happen inside a studio considering security reasons. However, when the idea of an open shoot was pitched to Mammootty, he was game. The shoot went without hindrance. By the time people started realizing that it was indeed their favorite star on bicycle, the crew had managed to complete the shots and pack up.
