Superstar Mammootty is celebrating this year’s Thiru Onam on the sets of his new film 'Mayabazaar'. Since the film demanded another two days before calling the final pack up, Mammootty decided to continue with the movie's shoot even on the festival days.

Since the actor is on Ramdan fasting, the actor will celebrate the Thiru Onam with the crew of the movie. After completing ‘Mayabazaar’ in a couple of days, Mammootty will join the final schedule of ‘Pazhassi Raja’ at Karnataka.

This is the first Onam in the last twenty five years in which Mammootty is not having an Onam release. But his ‘MayaBazaar’ will grace the theatres on the first of October as a Ramzan release.
