Manmathan starring Simbu was expected to be released this month. However, grapevine has it that certain portions are being re-made now and it would be released during Deepavali. Sindhu Tholani has been roped in to play the role of a heroine along with Jyothika. Besides, Mandira Bedi and Yana Gupta, Murder-fame Mallika Sherawat has also been cast.
