Vijayalakshmi Singh has helmed this project, and we must say she has proved that she is acclaimed director SV Rajendra Singh Babu's sister through this film. Her meticulous approach deserves applause.
Parvathy who has played the lead has emoted well and fits the bill. The actress has learnt the language and dubbed for herself which definitely needs a special mention. It wouldn't be wrong to compare the `Milana' girl's efforts with that of Suhasini's. Others who have delivered good performances in this film are Jai Jagadeesh and Srinagara Kitty.
The plot is a love triangle, while Sneha (Parvathy) develops love towards Vishwas (Srinagara Kitty), Vishwas's younger brother Prem (Nagkiran) is head over heels for Sneha and chooses her for a big ad as well. All hell falls lose when Vishwas too falls for Sneha! However, knowing that his brother likes Sneha, Prem is silent about his own love for his brother was dumped by Nayana (Haripriya) and has finally gotten over it and has liked another girl.
Nayana makes a return and whom Vishwas chooses for his life, forms the rest of 'Male Barali Manjoo Irali', an out and out family drama although a love story.
Jai Jagdish who has essayed the role of the heroine's father needs a mention. However, the comic sequences between Sadhu Kokila and Sharan fail to strike a chord among audience. The locales are fresh thus making the film a visual treat.
On the whole, 'Male Barali Manjoo Irali' is worth a 'dekko'. Head to the film with your family this weekend!
