Long long before Superstar Rajinikanth formally announced his political entry he came to be known as Thalaiva and Thalaivar to most fans and even the neutral.  It is really goose bump raising to know that even a Prime Minister of a neighboring country addresses him so.

Rajini is in Malaysia to participate in the Natchathira Vizha and the Prime Minister met him there and has later tweeted "It was great to meet Thalaiva Superstar Rajini again today, this time in Malaysia. Enjoy your time here!"
